Key Hyundai of Manchester is run by third generation family members, Jill and Jeff Merriam, a brother and sister team. Their grandfather, Sam, founded Merriam Motors 50 years ago following his service in WWII. Given that only 10% of family businesses survive to the third generation, they have certainly beaten the odds. How have they done it?
