For Life - means for as long as you own the vehicle you purchased regardless of mileage. The vehicle must be registered and titled in the name of the original purchaser. These benefits are not transferable and become void upon any transfer of ownership of the vehicle for any reason.

Maintenance - you must maintain your vehicle in accordance with the Key Hyundai of Manchester recommended maintenance schedule. Each maintenance interval, when performed, must be validated on a Key Hyundai of Manchester maintenance log provided to you on the reverse side of this form. You must rotate your tires at each maintenance interval. All work must be performed at a Key Hyundai of Manchester. No outside services will be considered as qualifying under this program.

Free Replacement Tires - Key Hyundai of Manchester will replace any tire that has worn up to or beyond its wear bars. Replacement tires will be of the same size and type as originally on the vehicle, brand new and of a commercially acceptable brand at the sole discretion of Key Hyundai of Manchester. This program does not cover damage due to accidents, road hazards, flat tires or other similar perils.

Battery Guarantee - Key Hyundai of Manchester will replace your battery if it does not meet minimum performance standards as determined by a test of the battery's output of cold cranking amps. The replacement battery will be of the same size and type as originally on the vehicle, will be brand new and of a commercially acceptable brand at the sole discretion of Key Hyundai of Manchester.

Engine Warranty - covered parts include all internal lubricated parts, cylinder block, cylinder heads, flywheel, exhaust and intake manifolds, oil pan, oil pump, seals and gaskets, thermostat, thermostat housing, timing chain cover, timing chain and valve covers. All labor charges to repair or replace covered parts are included. If your vehicle is equipped with a timing belt it is not covered. Timing belts must be replaced periodically as a part of the normal maintenance of your vehicle. Key Hyundai of Manchester will repair or replace any covered parts with either new or reconditioned or remanufactured parts at its sole discretion. This program specifically covers the engine covered parts only and specifically excludes all other components of the vehicle including but not limited to the transmission, drive system, electrical systems, brakes, fuel system, air conditioning and heating system and cooling system.

No Outside Bills - Key Hyundai of Manchester will not honor, pay or reimburse any outside bills in connection with this program. Key Hyundai of Manchester must provide all services and related parts under this program.

Consequential Damages - Key Hyundai of Manchester will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages to other parts of your vehicle that might occur as a result of the failure or breakdown of any of the items covered under this program. Key Hyundai of Manchester will not be responsible for any towing, alternative transportation, lodging, property damage, personal injury, inconvenience, loss of use, or other expenses under this program.

Other - Repairs required because of abuse, collision, operation without proper lubrication, abuse through improper capacity for vehicle or tires, alterations, racing, fires, floods, acts of God, vandalism, towing abuse, snow plowing, repair on vehicles whose mileage has been altered or odometer tampered with are excluded from this program. In no event shall the limit of Key Hyundai of Manchester's liability exceed the current NADA wholesale value of the vehicle, which may be less that the cost of the repair.
